New Kids on the Pop

Recently it seems as if Colourpop is alway popping up with something new every other day and if you missed my last Colourpop swatch and review here then you know I have more than enough Colourpop to last a lifetime. I have skipped on the last few launches because they just haven’t excited me or caught my fancy. Even when they deviated from the products that put them on the map I still didn’t bite (even though the reviews of their pressed shadows have been amazing) but now I just had to try the latest launch and at such great prices its was totally worth the gamble.

For this foray into the world of Colourpop I decided to start small. I picked out three concealers in Golden Deep, Deep and Rich, I also grabbed a highlight in Happy Camper. Right off the bat I noticed how creamy and lightweight these concealers felt when swatched, they reminded me of my all time favorite Nars Radiant Creamy for a fraction of the cost. They apply both pigmented and lightweight enough on the skin to blend out beautifully. Needless to say the Colourpop No Filter Concealer lives up to its name. The highlighter blends well into the skin and applies smoothly without and fuss. The price makes it well worth it but I must say it made me question why other brands are so high priced when this performed beautifully for a budget buy. The Colourpop Pressed Face Powder is definitely ahead of the competition.

All-in-all the new Colourpop collection far bets out the rest and made me very happy I came out of my self-imposed Coloupop no-buy.

Have you tried these new item?

What are your opinions on the collection?

I'd Love to Read Your Thoughts :)
